Cool off

                  Destabilized mood  =>   [(Veg stuff + Gym) X (Time)] ± delocalize*    =>   Stabilized mood

This is true...
It works very well....
Simply apply for two months....

I started with different combination(s) of entities like swimming , jogging , hangout , cycling , yoga , walking , songs , books ,..
But for a kick start the above equation gave highly effective desired result. Then for continuing this one can add swimming and workout . After getting confidence we can add yoga and books.

Because books are more dangerous as they have power to change a human completely.
One should be very careful regarding the selection ( at destabilized condition). 
So what's next????

         '' When we are no  longer able to change a situation
