If you are travelling in train it very common to see vendors.Majority will sell Water bottles (with few exceptions).Dharmavaram falls in the exception list.
There you are going to get good quality of vadas.
The only problem is ''Are they cooked properly?''
(the one they sell @ train)
If you can compromise then its fine , go ahead.
Note: Don't take many.
